Changes to network egress pricing
Reading data in a Cloud Storage bucket located in a multi-region froma Google Cloud service located in a region on the same continent willno longer be free; instead, such moves will be priced the same as generaldata moves between different locations on the same continent.
Network egress within Google Cloud will no longer depend on the monthlyegress traffic you have from your bucket. Instead, pricing will bedetermined solely by the locations involved:

Temporary changes to Storage Transfer Service pricing
From April 2, 2022 to December 31, 2022, Storage Transfer Service issuspending many of the transfer costs that normally accrue when using theservice. This temporary change is intended to help you migrate data withinCloud Storage to locations that best align with your use cases.
